Reschedule Policie:

We get it. Things can happen that may make you unable to make your appointment. If this is the case, we have several guidelines for this scenario.

If you give us extended notice of a need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to work with you. More than 24 hours notice should be given in all possible circumstances. We will then work with you to find a slot in our schedule that works for both parties.

If more than one reschedule happens, we reserve the right to retain any and all deposit that has been made as a fee for multiple missed bookings. In some cases, we may require a full job non refundable deposit to get back on the schedule at our discretion.

Cancelation / No show policie:

If you need to cancel your appointment, simply let us know. If you have paid a deposit and are not rescheduling, the deposit is forfeited for the slot you have canceled.

In the event of multiple cancelations, no shows, or issues with a job or single customer, we reserve the right to any, all or one of the following

  • Charge a full, non refundable deposit for the estimate of work to get back on the schedule

  • Go through multiple round of deposits for new jobs until the likelihood of issues seems low enough to resume No Deposit scheduling

  • Refuse work due to issues with jobs in the event problems continue

Travel fee:

We do both mobile and in shop work. Given that mobile has a cost in time and fuel to service our clients, we have a surcharge for our mobile work. Here are the details:

  • Davis county: $10. Waived if more than one vehicle per location

  • Salt Lake, Morgan and Weber Counties: $20. Waive if more than one vehicle per location

  • Utah, Cache, Summit, Tooele and Wasatch counties - $40 for a single vehicle, $20 if two vehicles per location. Waived if three or more.

  • Beyond: Please call for quote

deposit policie:

We take deposits for certain jobs, existing and new customers.

For new customers, we take a $50, non refundable deposit which goes towards your job to get placed in a slot on our schedule. For larger jobs such as ceramic coatings, this deposit may be higher. After this initial job is completed without issue, we no longer take this deposit unless there are issues with scheduling, no show, cancelations, issues with job etc in which case we default back to charging a deposit per our other polices.

For existing customers scheduling large jobs, such as ceramic coatings, paint corrections etc, we may charge a deposit in line with materials cost if we are ordering materials for your job. This is treated on a case by case basis and will be discussed beforehand.

For existing customers needing to re-establish a good relationship, we also reserve the right to charge a deposit per job at any time based on your standing with us and issues that may have occurred. This can be either a smaller deposit, like the $50 new customer deposit, or any amount up to the quoted amount for the job at our discretion and may be in perpetuity depending on severity of issues also at our discretion.
